Consulting through EXP-ER revealed that companies didn’t need another generic project management tool; they needed an objective way to audit their existing mess. The tool was born from the necessity to quantify operational friction before attempting to fix it.
The Resolution
An interactive audit wizard. The frontend, built with AstroJS, provides a frictionless entry point for team members to map their daily routines. The Streamlit backend processes this data, identifying workflow bottlenecks and outputting streamlined, recommended SOPs that cut out the operational noise.
